Delete your account

You can delete your Jaxongirman account inside the app at any time. You do not need to contact support to do it.

How to delete it in the app

1. Open the Jaxongirman app and sign in.
2. Open Profile in the bottom menu.
3. In the Account section, tap Delete account.
4. In the sheet that opens, type “DELETE MY ACCOUNT” and tap DELETE.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. The account is signed out on every device.

On the website

If the app is not installed and you signed up with Apple or Google, sign in the same way at jaxongirman.app/kirish and choose Profile → Account → “Delete account”.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, username, bio, avatar, place of study or work.
• Presentations, slides, uploaded and exported files.
• Documents: obyektivka (CV form), academic and independent papers, defense speeches, 3×4 photos.
• Games, questions and your participation in games.
• Surveys you created and their responses, and your answers to other surveys.
• Support requests, notifications, devices and sessions.
• Saved (masked) card details and seller contact details.
• Your J Tanga balance.
• Sign-in details: email, password and the link to Apple or Google.

What is kept, and why

If money moved through the account — you made a payment, sold something in the marketplace or received seller payouts — the following records are kept for accounting and tax purposes:

• orders, payment transactions and purchases;
• J Tanga transaction history;
• plan subscription history;
• seller settlements.

These records no longer contain your name, email or anything else that identifies you — only an internal identifier. Your sign-in details are replaced with an irreversible value, and the account can no longer be signed in to. An account with no money movement is deleted completely.

Also:

• A product of yours that someone has bought is taken off the marketplace but stays available to the buyers who paid for it. A game linked to such a product is archived as well.
• A one-way hash computed from your email (not the email itself) is kept. It prevents the free starter allowance from being claimed again by signing up with the same email.
