Refund Policy

This page explains the refund rules for digital products and services on Jaxongirman.

PPTX products are non-refundable

Products in the marketplace are digital files. Once a purchase is confirmed, the file is added to your account immediately and cannot technically be returned. For this reason, payments are not refunded after purchase. If a product does not match its description or the file does not open, contact support.

Automatic returns

• If a presentation or other result fails with an error, the J Tanga and pages reserved for it are returned automatically.
• J Tanga reserved for O‘yingoh rewards are returned to the host if the game is cancelled or not finished.

What is not refunded

• J Tanga transfers between users cannot be reversed.
• Once a result has been produced, the J Tanga spent on it are not returned.
• J Tanga granted with a plan expire at the end of the month if the plan is not renewed — see the Terms of Use.

If something is wrong

If a product does not match its description, a file does not open, or you have a question about a payment, write to us in the app via Profile → Help center → “New request” and include the order number. Every request is reviewed individually.
